Solar Power
In 2023, the company installed an 80 kW photovoltaic system consisting of 180 solar panels, with the aim of reducing energy consumption and supporting the power requirements of the new hydraulic press. By converting solar energy into electricity through photovoltaic technology, the system improves overall energy efficiency while reducing the environmental impact of production activities.
Hydraulic Press
The company uses an Impress® horizontal baler with a double valve system, ideal for bulky and difficult materials. Pre-compression enables up to 30% energy savings at the same capacity, while reducing wear and operating costs. The high-pressure hydraulic system produces compact, uniform bales, optimizing volume reduction and maximizing efficiency for container loading and shipping.

Collection and Sorting Facility
This facility primarily handles LDPE, polyethylene, and polypropylene from industrial waste and other collection facilities. The materials are carefully sorted by type and composition before undergoing volume reduction through baling, optimizing the subsequent recovery and recycling processes.
Warehouse
The new storage area was created to increase the company’s operational capacity and allows up to 2,700 tons of material to be handled each day. With this infrastructure in place, more than 60,000 tons of material can be recovered and processed every year, improving operational efficiency and making resource management more effective.
Collection and Recycling Service
The company provides a dedicated collection service for wood, metal, paper, and cardboard, supporting businesses in the proper management of their waste. The service includes the supply of roll-off containers and compactors, ensuring efficient, tailored solutions for the collection, storage, and recycling of materials.
